
ADMISSIONS
To enroll at MileOne CDL School, students must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age

Meet Texas DPS residency requirements

Hold a valid Texas driver’s license with no outstanding tickets or warrants
-
Provide a Social Security card or proof of legal authorization to work in the United
-
States
-
Reside in the State of Texas
-
Provide a high school diploma, GED, or successfully pass the written Learner’s
-
Permit section of the CDL exam
-
Complete the MileOne Admissions Application
-
Be able to read and speak English and perform basic arithmetic
-
Pass a Department of Transportation physical examination (Long Form required)
-
Pass a Department of Transportation drug screen
-
Meet federal medical qualifications, including:
-
No loss of limb without a Skill Performance Evaluation certificate
-
N o insulin‑dependent diabetes
-
No uncontrolled heart, respiratory, or blood pressure conditions
-
No neurological, muscular, or vascular conditions affecting vehicle control
-
No epilepsy or conditions causing loss of consciousness
-
No mental or psychiatric disorders that interfere with safe driving
-
Vision of 20/40 or better in each eye; not color blind
-
Adequate hearing
-
-
No addiction to drugs or alcohol
-
No felony convictions involving illegal drugs in a commercial vehicle
-
No DWI violations within the last 5 years

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
